Vintage finish Callaway Golf X-Forged Wedges are raw and will rust with time and use. A raw, rusty finish is preferred by many top professionals. The wedge will rust in a way that complements the sound and feel inherent in the metal. If you wish to slow the rusting process, you can use a scouring pad called Scotch-Brite™ Purple. Any wedges stored for the off-season or played in damp conditions should be thoroughly cleaned. Wipe them down with a lubricant-cleaner like WD-40® to help prevent rust.
